WHAT IS COMPOSITE DECKING?
Composite decking is a low-maintenance, sustainable alternative to wood decking. It serves the same function as wood decking, only better. Quality composite decking is longer lasting than standard timber decking, splinter-free, and resistant to warping, bowing, and cracking.
In broad terms, composite decking is the solution to the downfalls of traditional wood decking, and is comprised of raw materials, most often wood and plastic, or more recently, bamboo and plastic, which are combined through a process called co-extrusion.
